George Bush wants to text YOU! (Well his cabinet does)
Amazingly Americans have actually come up with a scheme which helps the public and doesn't cost them anything, oh and uses 'modern' technology to boot. A system of emergency warning text messages has just been approved, and will hopefully be live by 2010. What this means is that depending on local and national crises''s you could receive up to three types of alerts at any time.
